I got this "UNSW Computing" booklet with an article about a project called "the Bionic Eye".

The bionic eye is part of the Bioinformatics course (i thought about doing but, not enough UAI).

Hell i'd love to have an artificial eye with infrared (night vision) option built in! Don't you think?

Then, and only then will humans can become truly "nocturnal" :uhhuh:

It's a huge misconception that brutal punishment = low crime. Look at China, it makes up 90%+ of the world's capital punishment, yet it still has huge crime problems.

Brutal punishment, in order to work, needs to be implemented much more effectively than simply 'eye for eye'.
