it was the david beer undergraduate s'ship for health sciences...and let me tell you, all i had to do to get this beauty was send in my birth certificate (i think, it was yonks back) and be from a rural area

it said on the offer letter that everyone who applied was of "high calibre" .... wtf? is my birth certificate something special?

well i guess they must have liked the envelope

I didn't even think about checking offers on the internet.. i just presumed they would send a letter or something!! I got a equity scholarship for $4000!! YEEEHH! so excited! I think the whole of my street just heard me scream!!


AND the best bit!! it's not a one off payment... i get it every year as long as i'm at uni! yeeehh! (max 5 years)

I'm sure that when they chose you as for a scholarship, clothes and cars weren't the reason that they picked you.

oh come on! can't a girl have a little bit of fun with her money!!... i did factor in texbooks! lol. (shhh.. don't tell the uni! lol) Nah.. seriously i plan to pay off my debt to my relo's coz i had to borrow money to get up here in the first place.... and we'll go from there.
