Don't forget any science students who are expecting to graduate in 2006 or to enrol in Honours in 2006, complete the Undergraduate Re-enrolment form for 2006.

You can collect this form at the Science Student Office and you must return it by 7 of Jan.

Re-enrolment for next year. Just enrolling through my.unsw is not sufficient. Plus this form can let them know whether you have done the correct subjects so they can actually graduate you next year.

but if your not graduating next year... as in my case, ive only been doing three subjects per semester, ive got 1 & 1/2 years left, do i need to fill out this form?

No, fill in the form if you're finishing your degree in 2006, or going onto your honours year.
