hey im making a pokies game for my major in vb 6. I was wondering whats the best and easiest way to put a .wav file in the coding so that it playing while in game>? any help or links will be good


and im stuck in forming a counter in making the program count each time a person hits the spin button and doesn;t win , so in other words the number of times since last jackpot

i did accelerated SDD last year, and i would advise u to pursue something easier. people tend to over-devote time to the SDD major project, and it's internally marked as well! do something you're comfortable with and isn't too complex. check with you're teacher of what's an acceptable standard of difficulty, and go for the easiest. ultimately, they test ur understanding of the concepts of the course and general algorithms, not the specifics of one language.
