do we need to know alot on the case study or can we just be like

. . . greivence procedures are good, hsbc uses a comprehensive grievence procedure to minimise disputes . . . ?

and is one CS sufficient?

you might want to know more than one case study

but yeah you don't have to base your entire response on your case study, just think of it as related text for english - make links to it when you can

Section IV seeks the student to answer the question and apply the concepts discussed into case studies, to show that you have an applied knowledge of the course.

Consequently, one case study is sufficient provided that you can answer the question and cover all concepts with the examples.

I suggest getting more than one though, for that bit of flexibility

OR

you can just make up businesses and scenarios on the spot
