Seeking permission to do an Undergrad subject even though i'm a Postgrad student (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone,

Im doing my second semester of a Masters of IT at UTS. I came into this course with no previous formal IT training. Unfortunately a subject i would like to do appears to only be offered to the undergrad IT students. Am i wasting my time if i ask permission to do it ?

If anyone has experienced this before at UTS or would like to suggest some ways i should approach seeking permission, that would be great.

Hey,
I would speak to your program coordinator (Rene Leveaux - rene@it.uts.edu.au) and if they approve it, then you can put in an e-request (i think http://datasearch.uts.edu.au/evop/evop2/changeplan.cfm would be the one you want) and do the subject.

but check out the handbook (http://handbook.uts.edu.au/it) because there may be a postgrad equiv to the subject you want to do
