yeah that’s true, like there’s ppl who come from fully comprehensive schools and still get 99.95 atars and beat kids from top selective schools. honestly i dislike how if ur in good selective schools ur considered extremely “superior” to those in comprehensives. although its partially true, it’s not always the case.
Speaking of selectives did anyone get a response from schools

lmaoo, i’m curious as to why u put moorebank and bonnyrigg. there’s many other better schools to choose why low tier partials?
I wasn't really confident since I flopped the yr 6 selective test, and honestly I didn't have much prior knowledge about it. anyways, I don't think I would've made it in I mean I got 3 A's for core subjects 3b's and 1C for the 2 reports I think

like I didn't have any confidence whatsoever, and I thought the HAST test wouldn't have been cancelled so I didn't think I would've had any chance, but now I'm hearing the HAST was cancelled ;-; so I could've tried for a partial and a selective at the same time ;-; and have a low chance of getting into full. so yea, I'm trying next yr tho

damn, u should've tried either way bc getting into a school(doing the application in yr 7 or 8) is easier than yr 9

also a question- In my current school, we learn like religion and Pe and so.. Would selective schools care about these subjects? Like everyone says to get straight A's, but I don't think I can get straight A's in religion which is actually not my religion lol

lol dw about it, i’d say at least get a B in it then. it won’t look too good with all A’s then u got like a C/D there. especially if ur applying for schools that don’t have tests u wanna make sure ur grades are as good as possible.

how likely is it to get an offer if you were chosen for an interview at a selective school?
