I hope it's gone soon. I'm sick of that thing blocking my trek along Eastern Avenue. It's an eyesore. People should get their own blood.

i didnt start it till i was at uni today and it took bout 3.5hours all up. so i was happy to get it over and done with. it then took about a fricken 30minutes to get it printed...

Anyone else in Fisher the other day when the fire alarm went off? I was on 3rd floor, naturally everyone ignores it until library staff tell us all to leave via the fire exit at the back, so we all file down and the thing is locked! By then there's that burnt toast smell, still we're just standing around it looking at each other until someone shows up and tells us to go out the front. Nice to see in a real emergency we'd all die several times over.

^ Apparently something similar happened in the SciTech library last week. Fire alarm went off, librarians told everyone to leave through the front doors (the auto glass doors)... which locked themselves when the alarm went off. So people were standing there in front of the locked doors, and the librarian was like "Come on, go outside!" and walks over, waving her hands at the doors to try to make them open (LOL). Then everyone had to leave through the side door.

I need all the blood I can get. It always takes them forever to squeeze blood out of me. Grrrr needles.
