I heard science scaling was much lower than previous semesters. Dunno why, but I got screwed. I'm quite ashamed of my maths results [Especially considering my lowest to date is 90]

MATH2968 - 85 [This one, I can believe]
MATH2965 - 86 [I cannot believe this one, I was expecting 95+]
PHYS2912 - 86 [Meh]
MTRX1702 - 94 [1st]
ELEC1103 - 99 [Guessing 1st]

GPA: 6.99 or something
Average: 89.94 [GAH IT WENT DOWN]
I recommend you kill yourself now. You're going to fail at life now.

Do they notify you if you come first in a subject or do you have to e-mail someone?

check out the appeals policy. you usually see the lecturer, smile a lot and ask for a final exam remark. i scabbed 2 marks this way for ecop1001

Oh no, I know I'll beat the world at life, it's just that I might beat up my maths lecturer in the street.
Who is it? I might join in.

Hey fush,

Blue mountains suck.

i got 83 in mechanics, but our quizzes were alot harder than others. Reckon they just couldn't be bothered scaling. Afterall it is the faculty of eng.

D average this semester, but last semester poo as... they look at the whole year for adv units right?

Now that everything is out, semester 2 is officially totally fucked up. With that, yearly average is also shit. Looking forward to 2006...

Yay still no mktg1002 results, no real govt1406 results.
I-jester, does your thing also say 'incomplete'?
Mktg1002 staff are seriously sooo lazy it hurts. Took them 3.5 weeks longer than promised to return the group projects, even though there weren't many to mark.

Semester two average is below 80  and overall average got dragged down to 82. No TSP for me next year (at least without begging Masters).

Oh well. I was expecting about 70. Hoping for 73. Not that bad, I guess considering how poorly I've done all semester thanks to a fuckwit tutor.
78.818 is my WAM now :( Should be about 79.3 or so after mktg1002. Oh well, big improvement over last sem but I really wanted the 80.

EDIT: Using the wamgpa calc:
WAM: 78.82
GPA: 6.05

That's actually pretty damn good. I reaaaaally hope I get 81+ for mktg1002. I've always got my participation portfolio to appeal as I handed everything in with high quality and got lower than a chick (although she is Malcolm Turbull's daughter) who sucks balls. I also suck balls. But better. 81+ for mktg1002 would get me a 79+ WAM. That'd be perfect.
