70 may be realistic for you, but then again, 98 is realistic for a lot of the people on boredofstudies.

It's a matter of finding out what you can manage and achieve, and personally, that's 90+ (if I put in the effort).

Not everyone is the same mate.

You realize that many of the people on BOS are high achievers/ serious about their HSC, right? Hence the disproportionately large amounts of 95+ atar aims that you have seen.

Sure, goals should be realistic, but here's something to consider.

Nobody got 100 UAI (99.95 ATAR) by aiming for something low. At least, not that I know of.
