I'm doing my SGP on the difference in property values between two suburbs and their effects on homebuyers.
Any ideas on where i should start gathering information?

1st: which 2 suburbs?
2nd: what class type ur gonna get; working class. middle class. bussiness class etc.
3rd: conduct a survey for these class
* which suburb are u located?
* Which type of dwelling r u intend to purchase? 2 storey, flat, granny flat, house, unit, 3 bed room, 4 bed room, 2 bed room etc.
* What is ur desired property value range? 100K ~ 200k, 250K ~ 300k etc
* How will you be paying the loan? fixed rate, flexible rate
* which bank will be processing the loan, mortgage? [provide ranges of banks]
4th: make them do the survey > collect them
5th: process it as graphs
For me i did Global Warming and how its effects Australia's economy and its people but sadly i came first...
