With externals in a month's time...

Post what you're doing/planning to do straight before an exam-

E.g
Stay up late the night before/skip breakfast/read notes until the last minute/relax / sleep in (for those afternoon ones)

what I normally do:

go to bed really late telling myself I'll study but just procrastinate

What I want to do:
Sleep early, not worry because I would've studied ages ago

On a good day: past paper / 30 min break - revising + fixing up notes / past paper / break ... repeat until ded/10

Lately my 20 min naps have been turning into 9hr sleeps so I don't make it past the second paper half the time :'))))

Right before the exam, as in a few minutes before I walk into the exam, I pace around and do breathing exercises to actually calm down (no talking to other people who are stressing themselves out with cramming).

Otherwise, for the day before (also depending on the exam as well), I would be pretty relaxed - read over notes a few times, read prepared essays and jot down main points, and 1 - 2 past papers (with an early night ending at like 10:30)

Do what every perfect selective student does: past paper under exam conditions.
?? I am not perfect or a selective student but still do past papers under exam conditions...
