I reckon if you're serious about it you should opt for laser hair removal. It's actually more a reduction than removal ultimately, but it would still be way better than what you have to put up with at the moment. It hurts a tad but it lasts for one second, if that. There's no overall pain or anything, and yeh, the redness goes away pretty quickly too, it's really no big deal. The only issue really is price but it's worth it imo.
