So i’ve been working in a job for around 2 years now but lately I’ve been having to cancel many shifts because i haven’t really found the time to work while also studying and doing other stuff.

Should i quit, my dad doesn’t really care but my mum reckons i should keep the job.

I think it’s better for me to focus on my hsc, is it worth keeping a job to take up valuable time of my study?

The bad thing is i have also gone a bit broke lately… Thats a reason why i also want to keep the job

I’d ask them if you can take time off from ≈start of term 3 to the end of the hsc, because it is nice to be able to have a job once you finish the hsc. working during year 12 didn’t really cause any issues for me, just make sure they know you don’t want too many shifts and you should be fine

Probably good to keep a few shifts - depends a lot on your goals, but to be honest a 95 doesn't require a ton of studying, and if you're working one or two shifts a week you'll be fine and the extra dollars are helpful.
