Shrek 2 managed to rake in over US$100m in just one weekend. now that's a helluva lot compared to most movies which take weeks to get up to that amount.

Her parents locked her in the tower i think ... mmm anyway, once she met her "prince charming" (aka shrek)... the curse was lifted.. they thought that the curse being lifted meant that she would be normal again.. uh but it was the other way around or something.. meh thats my guess work
