regarding to flexible entry scheme...

BLiberal Arts and Science
Band 4 and above in 2u Maths AND
Band 4 and above in at least one of Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Environmental Science, Geography, Physics, Software Design and Development and
Band 4 and above in one humanities, social science or language subject

Do I only receive bonus points if I did 2u Maths? Because I received band 5 in geography and 2 humanity subjects... However I am guessing the capital 'AND' means I must have band 4 in all of these subjects?

You'll recieve part of the 5 but not the full five I believe. What was your ATAR?

I do realise it is a bit of a push, but I was not expecting the course to only be 75 so now I am tempted to give it a shot!

I would say you're in, even if you apply late. You would receive part of the five bonus points (i.e 3), not to mention the course is filled to only half capacity.

You should be okay as the cut off is inflated. I wouldn't worry.
