Good new is, you still have time. Bad news is, you don't have a lot of it. The above advice are all really good. I'm going to offer some advice specifically to help you just study.
  • 5 second rule. You count yourself down from 5, and once it gets to 1 you start studying.
  • Change the environment. You need to have a new space for studying, preferably not your bed room.
  • Negotiate with yourself. Sounds whack, but negotiate with that voice that just 'ceebs.' What will you reward the 'other you' for studying?
You got this. You've pulled through before, and you'll pull through now.
nourished. has got some great points. The hardest part about getting out of a rut is starting. Same goes for studying. Once you perform that herculean effort, it becomes so much easier and flows on.

On the topic of OP's original post, I would say that you should try and take advantage of NSW opening up. This means libraries reopen, cafes are seating, and whatnot. Opens lots of those environments we took for granted. I'm heading to the library myself today for a change of scenery. 3+ months stuck between the same walls is too long. Perhaps I'll surmount my demotivation and rekindle my productivity, but who knows.
