Better then wearing trackies.
hardly, in fact.

theres a powerpoint presentation in the HART courses in vic that shows how long various materials hold up in a 60km/h crash
cotton t shirt lasts 0.2 seconds on the road
jeans last 0.7

you'll be sliding for a good 5+ seconds at that speed, you really want kevlar at the very least. friction burn is better than road rash.

I know the material wear and tear thing, i was pointing out i would rather wear jeans in wet weather then trackies in regards of water absorption.

When i get pants, probably Dragons would be the best bet.

draggins*

yeah, apparently they're hte only CE approved jeans on the market. and they last a second or two longer than most other stuff. wish I knew that before I got hornees.

Either way dude, you're going to get soaked. Trackies'll hurt more than the jeans. (hint: rain pwns at 60km/h)

try gunning it home at 10pm down the m4 in the rain
best feeling ever

Gravel Rash+hands= no hands.

BTW, you know how i told you guys about that crash that occurred outside my school, the bloke was wearing to pairs of gloves, first layer was ripped off literally.

Not sure if it was because he had two on or due to the speed, but gravel rash will fuck you up.

did you report it to the police?

i went to turn left from an 80 zone into a 50 zone, and some dude who was turning right from the other direction thought he'd turn at the same time as i was. i had to stop so i didnt hit him...in an 80 zone.

good thing there weren't any trucks about.
