my friend said its hard to make friends at macquarie uni, coz after lessons everyone goes their own way doing their own thang.
everyone already has their own little group of friends or wat not.
and people snob you.
thats only wat i heard and i have not experienced none of dat jibberish first hand... but i believe im gonna make millions of friends.

He went to a nye party last night (speaking of social life)...where I assumed he got snobbed. Or maybe flyn..yes flyn..is suffering from a hang over... ...or maybe he got locked in a closet and every1 4got about it...

Well, I managed more than a *Sighs* or *Aiya* this time.

I wasn't snobbed, btw. And no, I wasn't locked in a closet, or not that I can remember.

Making friends at uni is different for everyone. But it's best to start early...

Everyone who comes to orientation at Macq gets an awesome mentor (like myself..heh) and we help you guys make the transition.

Club Mac's uni bar is waay better than USYD and UTS bars.

Not all mentors are awesome, or I just got rorted (as usual). I'm a mentor, or will be, so long as I don't miss the training day.

Haha, yeah you probably got rorted. There were a handful of ummm... not-so-well-trained mentors.

I'm a mentor leader this year, and I'm gonna be training new mentors, so I might see ya there.
