Does anyone have any notes on each of the speeches (summaries, stuf on context, values, language etc.. haha.. a summarised version of the whole topic would be good )

esp language techniques for socrates~!!

There used to be a couple of massive summaries on the main website...I don't think they're still there though. I've got the files on the other computer - I'll post them up sometime this evening

I'm doing those speeches as well- it's really annoying, I keep finding notes on everythin but! I don't have much on Socrates or Cicero so it would be good to get some help

Argh! While I recognise the fact that Cicero's speech is a model of logical argument, and ought to still be valued as a speech, it's absolutely terrible taken out of the context of his power - it just sounds really self-righteous.
