I'm not sure if this thread fits here... because this is the first time I've visited the IT section lol

Anyway, I have a problem with my phone (K610i) and I'm hoping someone can help me. I've already been to the support website but it's no use.

Firstly, my phone won't let me transfer my music files to my mobile phone, yet it allows me to transfer other files to my phone (e.g. jpeg etc). I'm not sure why. It says it can't locate some disc thing.

Secondly, my phone does not record any phone calls that I have made/received. When I miss calls, it doesn't register either and a shortcut link comes up instead.

Has anyone else had a problem similar to this?

If it still doesn't work, bring it back to where you bought it and flash your phone [reinstall the software]

My mobile internet still doesn't work though... but I think that might be becuz of the phone company.
