ok really stupid question but can't find the answer, what are sources of criminal law....... where it's divided into fed,state & local or statutory etc

The major source of Criminal statute law would have to be the Crimes Act 1900 NSW - its the easiest to remember...I can't remember much of Crime from Yr 12
