my post was refering to using terrorism to undermine the people's opinion of the governments capability for security and control,

People fail to understand that the Chaser team shook up their so called security early and did them a bloody favour. They should be thanked. They never entered the restricted zone due to their own choice not to. Don't bitch because they found a fatal flaw in security and exposed it. At least now the police can amend those flaws.
