I'm glad they didn't specify! :)
Considering they didn't specify I'm probably looking at around 15/20

That question was horrible. Although the Board of Studies didn't specify a speech, they certainly limited the ones you could use due to the narrowness of the question.

Well, the only ones that would be fit the question are Keating, Pearson and Bandler's speeches. I can't see how the other speeches can really relate much to the question.

Sadat! Easy. Talk about the past hatred between the two nations.

unity of australia?

tbh they are all quite similar themes and quotes can be used interchangeably. Especially within Keating....

Atwood: equality of women and men, that the identity of women should not be dictated by virtue only (and hmmm unity... idk... I guess the unity of women in combating their poor portrayal? 'female characters, take back the night!)

Keating: equality: socialist themes (ANZAC mateship), Australian identity, unity of Australia?

yeah, i mentioned equality, identity and unity but i dont think i linked the unity within atwood..are there even any in her speech?
I don't think so... I think Atwood was the only speech that didn't have Unity in my speeches themes scaffold.

farkkkkkkk, i shouldve done sadat+keating, think ill lose some marks here
Atwood is fine. You could have easily discussed her purpose in shifting the attitudes of the complexities of women in the portrayal through literature. and her criticism of extremist feminism.

I did Sadat and Aung San Suu Kyi saying that because her speech was delivered by video and she speaks of her own contextual factors, time and place is important blah blah

I did Sadat and Atwood.
All of them relate
xcept Deane coz he's gay
I agree with all of them relating, some better than others.
But you're very mistaken about Deane, he was one of the speeches that pretty much underpinned time and place.
