sulphate is the OLD way of spelling it and u should not use it...in much the same way as we say "aluminium" instead of "aluminum" or "hydrochloric acid" instead of "muriatic acid"

therefore...S-U-L-F-A-T-E

actually, aluminum is a fuckedup american misspelling. when the first aluminium-producing factory was built in america, the sign-maker was an idiot and left out one of the i's. therefore the fuckedup spelling stuck in american english (sigh, what an oxymoron!).

btw, in the syllabus they write sulfate and for that reason i use that spelling.

*sighs*
aiya, mr. mon_mon, you realise given my upbringing and schooling, to get a plain 90 UAI is a disgrace... it's not my fault that my aims and the course cut-offs for law are so high...

they only count your best ten units in calculating uai right?
so if i do better in 3u english than 2u english..would they count the ext 1 unit as one of my units?

doesn't belong here but anyway...
your best eight units of anything + your best two units of english are used to calc your UAI.

extention english could be given like half the marks, and then the half of another of your 2 unit courses would be included with it. but seriously. backto the chem i say.
