So, which do you play, and why? (or, which would you prefer playing?)

The reason i ask is because i'm trying to decide whether to buy a new squash racquet or a tennis racquet... since living on campus i'll have access to both squash and tennis courts...

(currently leaning towards squash, as it can be played in all weather, and you don't need sunscreen)

tennis by far.....squash is too boring where in tennis there is some action, you can't run around much while playing squash, i find tennis to be more enjoyable

actually im saying squash now- ive had alot more fun playing squash than being beaten by good tennis players.lol

squash is relatively easy as long as you dont mind running around and being competitive

apparently its not that good playing squash

like for competitive intensity squash, it makes you heart pump faster than it really should in exercise mode

hence a lot of players collapse after the game and in long term its really bad =\

i play tennis, but squash is alot easier to get the hang of.

also, playing squash will destroy your tennis stroke.

I see you’ve chosen Squash and that is cool as I reckon that would be a load of fun, but I'm a Tennis fan personally. That’s just probably because I used to play tennis competitively 3/4 times a week for 4 years between 1999-2002 though...was pretty good but then I moved interstate from Victoria up to my current location the Gold Coast and never got back into it up here unfortunately.

Hmmm I may see if I can get back into it at my uni if they have a club for it (I know they got the tennis courts) when I start next week, will most likely be a bit rusty as I haven't had a hit-up for a few months. Luckily you never really lose the skills and technique though, just the touch (so I'll probably be hitting the ball long for a while before I get back into the swing of things) :)
