Just a random question: Why do people write "know" like "noe"

anyway, getting back onto topic, those standard packages are Gold, they helped me heaps last year with Chem... its a shame that its too expensive for the Board of Studies to do one of those for every year... :| then again, they're probably just lazy to do em...
