stat171 lecture slide mistake? (1 Viewer)

ok, so i am actually trying to study

slide 30 for topic 6....

the formula they have given is wrong?

shouldnt it be:

x-bar₁ - x-bar₂ +- ....

not x₁ - x₂ +- ...

can someone who knows confirm this? or have i just made an ass out of myself, again?

and that ACST151 marks are a poor predictor in how well you'll do in 211... hehe
