How do you get a state rank?

Is it based on your own examination mark (eg. if someone is ranked 30th and get a 98/100 - does that give them a state rank) or is it based on your aligned mark, so the one based on the average of your internal rank and your own mark?

well in reality it depends what selective school you go to. because if u dont go to a selective school you are :

1. a fucking dumb cunt
2. disadvantaged through shit school marks

therefore as i said. completely up to what school you go to. or in other words aligned mark.
