while doing question 22 a out of the STANSW 2003 trial paper it stated that "step up transformers have more loops in the primary coil than the secondary coil, while step down transformers has less loops in the primary coil compared to the secondary coil"
i was under the impression that a step up had more coils in the secondary than primary and vica verca for step down?
Please help!!
