Im moving to year 12, and I've realised, I still can't write an essay

I'm in Advanced, even Extension yet I cant write a A range essay. I get top marks in reports, speeches but get B's and C's for essays. I always prepare quotes a day before, memorise them and then write it in the exam as a essay.

If you have ever experienced this, how did you improve? Or if not, how can I improve?

Look up band 6 essays, and start dissecting it. Good luck

look at band 6 essays, follow the criteria, and make sure you perfect ur essay to 100% before you start another.

You're supposed to constantly write essays to expose yourself to as many different questions to test your knowledge. Preparing 2 days before won't get you that A.
