which topic is it up to?
on blackboard it says up to perfect competition
but i recall dennis saying up to laast weeks work which includes monopolies?

... admittedly, i slp in econ lectures, jsut can't stay awake at times...

it's up to perfect competition, monopoly won't be in it...


btw, stream5 pplz (those who had a lecture2day) was that dude deroos?! OMFG he's jsut a boring ass!!!

YES IT WAS!! I sooooooo knew it was gonna be de roos. I got an inkling in my stomach straight after Dennis made that little jedi master joke. The when I saw the notes on Bb, I KNEW there was a huge chance it would be de roos cos who else uses TEXTBOOK slides for lectures! Arghhh. Walked in Eastern Av, and there he was in all his glory. urgh. I didnt listen to a single word and walked out after he announced he'd start on externalities. He seems like a nice enough guy but honestly, the boring factor was ridiculously high. zzzzz

whoops, btw im in stream 3 but we had de roos as well.

wow, Nick de roos looks really young... wonder how old he is. (When he walked in I thought, 'maybe they're giving a young lecturer some work experience') :p

yeah, he must be pretty brilliant to have become a lecturer at such a young age. too bad he sucks at teaching.

he doesnt look that young. I would guess he's around Dennis's age. At first impressions I thought he was young but up close, he looks older.

De Roos is a stooge.

No one bothers with his lectures anymore.

Its all explained in tutorials anyway.

ahahah sarah, i am in stream 3 as well..

omg... i slped in his lecture and i didn't feel guity... first time i didn't feel guilty when slping in lecture...
his lecture is increibilty boring..

in any case... the mid sem is no where as challenging as how it was portrayed to be... =S
