hey. i have to answer the english paper from the 2006 hsc. paper one section 3 the question asks you to write a letter explainin why ur text should be included in the area of study. it says 'you should include a discussion of the texts ideas, which expand your understandings and how these ideas are represented.' 'make connections with two other texts.'
im doin the tempest, alice in wonder land and journey to the interior by margaret atwood.
im goin to connect the three texts with the idea of 1) travel -all texts protagonists 'travel' to an unknown destination where they are require to adapt, learn, understand
2) rhyme and music
3) the imaginative journey present in each
4) unexpected destinations
im just wonderin what kind of structure to follow nd if there are any other connections people can think of.....?
