Student fares on public transport (1 Viewer)

Heya!

I barely ever catch public transport, but I did today for like the first time this yr and when I went to use my card to get a "student" rate the like printed rail thing on it says "2005" so I couldn't. My card doesn't actually expire untill 2008 but do I have to apply for something @ the beginning of each yr to get like a new sticker to put on it?

You need to get a new sticker at the beginning of every year.
You fill a form in at the student centre.

Its just to stop people taking advantage of the student prices.

Yeah u do have to get a new sticker every year. usually fill in a green slip/form hand it in to the student centre and they put a sticker on your card. im not too sure about now perhaps ask the student centre people.

They just stick the new sticker over the old sticker. They do that until you need a new card (when it expires).
