I've read info regarding SAB and I wanna know if you can be president of 2 or more sections at once?

For example can you be president of undergrad student rep + president of undergrad business faculty at the same time?

Also where do you get the online form to register to get involved?? Can anyone tell me the dates of which elections are normally held? I'm first year by the way, hence why I'm oblivious to all of this
