My gosh I feel like such a lazy ass now.... I do a fair bit of study before assessments, but not really any regular revising when I don't have assessments for certain subjects. Though I am planning on starting to do that..... planning....

why are people so caught up on how many HOURS they do studyin, personally i rather have a good solid 5 minutes of studying as opposed to 2 hours of studying just to say.."i studied X amount of hours last night"
it seriously doesnt matter how many hours you study, as long you understand what you are studying

i kinda agree with exeter, don't focus on how may hours. it count more to be able to say "right now i understand" or to have a day off cos you just finished a major assignment.

That said, i would do probably 3 a night but there is alot of fluctuation!!

it is possible M-THIS

depends on the dedication (not near exams) or desperation (before an exam)

i don't 'study' unless there are exams as well. but i do spend a lot of time doing my homework. i think doing homework is studying isn't it?

same with most people here.

my studying consists of reading useless info that is not required by my schooling,

doing homework like a punk
studying when it's necessary
that is, the night before cramming a year's worth of work into 1 night (oh baby i go hard :p)

other than that,
it's reading over any notes
making notes if i've got the time
learning dot points before they're taught
reading the text
summarising notes
making new notes
learning the entire module before it is completed

wait a sec, i don't do any of that! :D
basically: completing homework and knowing your **** to put it bluntly.

i have gotten less hw in yr12 than any other year

but i do alrite, so i'm fine with it
I think in yr 12 they purposely give u less hw cos they expect u to use the time to study.

Wait, all of you back up a moment. I'm sposed to be studying?!? :p

Seriously though, I have lack of concentration which means I do solid work for about an hour then I find something to distract myself (usually the BOS Forum)! Arrrrrrgh! Plus i'm having a major spelling problem tonight, how am I sposed to pass my HSC when I can't spell communism?

I do all of my homework (except for maths, I always seem to be behind in maths), work on assignments, and if I have an assessment task then I will do actual study...

Apart from that... piffle...

So I guess somewhere around 3 hours of school-related work per night after school...
