When is the BOW due exactly?

why the fuck is ours due on 30th of july then...??
im soo pissed.... we have to hand it in a month earlier....why is that....

our stupid teachers told us ...oh by the time.. it gets there..this that... they weren't even going to let us work on them this holidays.... but we had to fight for that?????????

well, the 30th of august is the offical board of studies date...
but each skool may or may not set a date earlier for their students... i guess your skool decided to do that to make sure it was finished... it jst varies between skools and when they want it in.

My teacher told me it is dangerous to make it the BOS date. If you finish early it allows time to cope with a disaster such as breakage, loss or it didn't work out. Consider it a type of just in case protection.

The teacher has had cases where students work was smashed accidentally, or blew up in the kiln etc. Finish on the due date there is not ime to rectify a mistake. You could end up sending your VAPD instead
