1. Will this get me a high ATAR?

Depends on how well you do and how hard you try. Someone with lower scaling subjects can get a higher ATAR than you if they smash their respective subjects (if they tend to put more effort than you). All comes down to you.

2. Are these the right subjects?

That subject build is quite ideal for Engineering so I guess so. Ideally, you prob wants adv eng, 4U maffs, phys, chem, engineering studies. Your subjects are fine.

3. Will these subjects scale well?

Yes, all of them scale well except Engineering Studies which scales relatively decent.

Yes, those subjects are great!
Although, don't get the impression that u must do engineering studies, or extension 2 Maths for engineering.
Try hard, do well and everything will be fine!

Do whatever interests you the most, that's the important thing many seem to disregard

lol if you want a future then do economics, like i love math, its so beautiful. but strictly speaking economics will assist you more in your goal of achieving an exuberant lifestyle, which is our ultimate goal if you think about it. dont do engineering studies i heard it doesnt help at all in uni.
