i just got a new mac laptop YAY
but ive never used a mac before so i dont fully understand how to do stuff lol
but anyway how do u subscribe to a lecture podcast on a mac becasue in itunes u dont have the menu things at the top of the window like u do when u use it in windows anyway i prob just confused u but take no notice just please explain how i can subscribe thanks in advance

Menu bar's at the TOP of the screen - The same (white) bar as the time/speaker/airport icons etc. are. And copy and paste is COMMAND (apple)+C or COMMAND+V, respectively.
