Lettuce is bagged when the store gets it, as are the jalapenos, olives and miscellaneous other shit. Tomatoes, onions, capsicum etc are fresh though.

Haha I remember a guy coming into Woolies and getting $18's worth of only red onions. I was like, "what are you planning on cooking?" and he just said "I work at Subway."

Man I reckon if you can evaluate twenty different stores you're spending too much on Subway... But I've tried the George St one a few times... I don't eat chicken but turkey ones are nice. Go the proper food.

For some reason they aren't. Some places are skimpy with everything even though you pay through the roof for it. Other places may pack on the fillings. And some are more expensive than others....
