wheres the option for teachers deserve way more than 25%. teachers earn a max of 55K but this is only after at least ten years and there is no higher level unless they go into admin roles such as principle. base is about 35K.
and teachers cannot have a performance related pay increase such as based on students HSC marks as teachers at selective high schools would be the only ones getting pay rises and it wouldn't be far to those working hard with dumb students
