So its that time again... 2 yrs have passed and im still shit at figuring out the technical side of my existence. Im constantly using macs at uni and love them, but i've never had one... I would prefer portability, but i guess if its going to be hella expensive to get what i want in a laptop ill stick with a desktop.
My sister has basically stolen this computer from me, so im looking at getting something new to do all the normal shit + uni stuff (architecture/photography). Programs:
- Photoshop, Illustrator + Indesign cs3
- RHINO 3d
- Archicad
- Autocad
- some other 3d/rendering apps
- Music software: Logic, Reason
Basically, ive been looking at the cheaper macbook pro + getting a big monitor to run it through at home. but i dont know whether the 128Mb VC will be good enough to keep up with what im using. I usually have several of those programs open at once... things get kind of hektik.
but yeah, any suggestions with how to solve this problem with minimal cost?
