I just watched the movie, "The Aviator". The movie was average, but the guy it was based on was pretty amazing. Anyone else seen it?

i saw it 2 days ago. well i saw most of it and gave up. i really didnt' like it. i thought it was boring. though i agree that howard hughes must have been an amazing man.

I thought The Aviator was brilliant and in hindsight, on par with Million Dollar Baby and Sideways for best picture last year. I have no idea what people are complaining about, it's definitely one of the more interesting character studies of recent times. Full marks to Scorsese for coming back strongly after Gangs of New York.
