Hello,

Okay, I know how to structure a business report, but which would be better.
1. Outline management strategies and problems according to business functions; or
2. Using the stimulus. That is, having your headings based on the list of problems outlined in the stimulus

Also, how many assumptions can we make about the business. For instance, if the stimulus states that market share has declined, for the swot analysis, can we assume that its due to changing consumer tastes or competitors???

As for the structure its really up to what your comfortable with. The markers notes from last years noted that most people asnwered it in a smiliar structure to the question/stimulus; I usually do that as well.

As for assumptions; dont assume things. State the POSSIBLE reasons why something may have happened, and then the measures to rectify them. So if market share has declined, and the stim dosent say why, in your repsone write down a number of possibilities, dont just limit yourself to one assumption.
