What exactly does that mean. eg. how has the approaches to the consturction of history changed?

does "construction" encompass style/form? Purposes? Methodology (critical source analysis) etc?

is that what construction means? basically the entire "what is history" topic?

my take on that question is how has history (being put together techniques) changed?
like what are the differences between what historians in the past did and the historians now do when researching and evaluating historical event.?
if that helps
"the construction" to me means how historical events have happened and how they have been recorded.
