right now i really feel like saying "mum look i aced all my half yearlies because i got a gf " ~ i wonder if it would work.

maybe u guys should tell your parents that its unfair and u do actually need to interact with the other sex to gain the proper social skills needed in order to survive adulthood without becoming one of those unhappy ppl who is continually being used and abused by their selfish/drunken/bitchy/stoned/arsehole partners and then dumped..
