Gizmo was great.

I never owned a furby either, for fear of gremlins. :D

I think they were just a fad like tamigotchis, pokemon, tazos and the like.

I reckon the Ring was pretty bad....although in my opinion...the american one was better than the jap one....

Haven't really come across any that scary, Event Horizon was definitely a little creep in parts though.

Another movie, although I don't know what it was called, and never saw all of it, that managed to distress me quite a bit (many years ago), was this thing on SBS. Flicking through channels I came across a blowup doll chasing a dude around what looked like an asylum with a great big knife.

I have no clue what it was about, or even if it was a serious movie, but seeing as I'd completely missed the context it was a hundred times scarier than it probably should have been :)

I must admit that era of scary movies was awesome, Chucky, Chucky's Bride, Nightmare on Elm Street, Aracnophobia, Gremlins... the list goes on.

Scream and the like had nothing on them.
Yep I think the "Nightmare on Elm st movies are good, ive only seen 4 of them , havnt seen them all yet.
I think friday the 13th movies were good (scary) too lol

i would have to say pizza, as it scared me to think that someone actual thought it would be funny enough to warrant any sort of release in cinemas.

i hope all copies of it burn
