They were so lucky not to have been red carded earlier. That kick in the chest... If that was in the Australia v. Ghana game, and Australia did it, the whole Australian team would have been sent off...

I think they knew what they were doing, they tested the referee early to see how strict/harsh he was going to be, then when he proved a bit lenient they set out to play a very physical, intimidation based game. Obviously the chest kick was exceptional but the rest I think they knew they weren't going to get sent off for.
