Read the title? Good, so you know what this is about?

So...who here likes Arabic music?

This is mostly for arabic guys, but yeah, if you're curious about it, feel free to ask questions or whatever - for all those unfamiliar with it.

Here's my favourites:

• Roubi
• Nancy Arjam
• Amr Diab

I don't know too many guys, and songs are so hard to find. Perhaps giving me some names might help in the long run?

My favourite is Nancy Ajram, Haifa Wehbe is good(/hot) too. My favourite Nancy song is "Ah We Nos" & I love "Ma Sar" by Haifa.
I love the Gipsy Kings too (their music is half Spanish half Arabic)

As for 'English' (American?) music with Arabic background music - Shakira, Nelly Furtado and Beyonce are my favourites.

Only artist I know of that I find good is Massari. He sings in English and Arabic.

With Nancy Arjam my favourite song is "Ahksmak Ah" (spelling's probably wrong) and with Roubi "Enta Aref Eh", "Bedary" and "Leih Bedary Keda".

Shakira used to be good, but now she looks all slutty if you know what i mean, and it really screwed her up as a singer. Her song with Amr Diab "Ojos Asi" is pretty good too.

Nancy Ajram and Nawal-El-Zoughbi have had recent success with their awesome albums (Moagaba- Nancy and Yama Alou-Nawal). However i prefer Nancy Ajram's songs more than Nawal's she's got a more modern approach to her singing and such.

arabic music is becoming to american the best arabic artists were the amr diabs and the ehab tawfiks not this haifa new stuff. the awedony album is so good and so is the soundtrack to sayeedi fel gamma amricaya but the best song of all time was ALLAH LEC YA SEEDI

Well i love most of all Wael Kfouri with his beautiful songs like "Behibak ana kteer' and "hobak 3azab" and "tabke el toyour" and many more i also like Fadel Shaker the best song i love is "Ya gayeb" i also like Shadi aswad he's from the first Superstar
i also like Massari does anyone know him? he's originally lebanese but i think he lives in canada he sings in english but has a song with a bit of arabic i love the songs "Real love" and "enta hayete" (or something like that i forgot)

Yeah Egyptian actors are heaps funny! I don't know much about Egyptian movies and little to nil about Egyptian tv series.

Hey, anyone know of a movie that...as a remember says "game over" as its ending title? I can't remember the name...but it was the funniest thing i've ever watched.
