It does depend on what look you are going for though. I have seen many wear them with skirts, and longish type socks and they look really cute. 4

They can really look okay with anything, assuming that you dont match them up with formal, or far too casual clothes.

I dont really like vans... but as a personal thing. If i see them on other people i have no problem but I wouldnt wear them. I'm a bit too girly. And even when i'm dressing casually I'm still not very casual at all.
